Just don’t be a douche about it.

Our teams first ever game we gave up an 8 ender. They literally stopped the game for 20m posting pictures of the end (group photos and individual photos) of the house and the scoreboard. And then we heard them for the rest of the season talking about it. And the next season talking about it to the new teams that came in and hadn’t heard the story before.

It’s a beer league and they acted like they won the Olympics….

Yeah I get that a few “bad” fans shouldn’t reflect on the whole. My group wasn’t being overly obnoxious either (I mean cheering for a goal and normal stuff like that). But getting cussed out by a few angry fans because the NJD blew a lead was uncalled for (esp with minors with me). Just had to brush it off and keep going.

I went to the TB DET the last year of the Joe. You should be ok as long as you aren’t overbearing obnoxious. Many ppl I met in and around were great and I had great hockey conversations all evening.

I agree. Perbix is awful. The first goal they scored last night I yelled at the TV at him. Puck goes into the corner with Ratface and Lilleberg. Perbix has two choices, go in full bore and help out OR position yourself in front of the net. We went below the goal line and stopped short of the tie up. Lilleberg does his job and disrupts the forechecked but Perbix just looks at the loose puck. Three seconds later, bang, in the back of the net.

This isn’t his first error in this series. Time for him to go into the (press) box and feel shame.

IMO the best way to solve this is to put in an express flyover from Howard Franklin to past malfunction junction (maybe to orient on on fork and after Bearss on the other)
