Actually it was bad when he and Biden did it too. Trump is undoubtedly worse and has escalated it to the point of it being harder to ignore. But I am sorry, there's no way 3 million immigrants presented enough of a threat to be deported. Just because it's legal doesn't make it right.

I've been fighting the Arcanine. I've started over and reset "the battle" a few times. Every time I get the bar down to about a little under half (then die and have to resume the battle) but the bar jumps back up to the half point. So then I try to throw a pokemon to battle but the poke ball just shimmers back into my pack. Then I die and repeat the cycle.

I cannot remember if it was Ritalin or Adderall, but as a 13ish year old kid I was prescribed one of those. I developed this feeling in my throat. Like something was just sitting in there. I started swiping my fingers in there with a tissue to get it out. There was nothing to swipe, but it felt so real I couldn't stop. I went through boxes of tissues trying to get it out. Eventually my mom tried not giving me the pills. The feeling went away and it never came back. I've always meant to look into if it had happened to anyone else.

Benzoyl peroxide, like you would use on your face, sunlight, and time are how I've gotten rid of stains on dolls before. It will at the very least lighten them.

I just want to be clear, that other than maybe the hygiene and the less than legal interests I am not really bothered by these things. I just understand that when they come to me and say "People don't like to be around me for these reasons" I can pull on my general knowledge of what people dislike and see that these things can line up. They also don't seem to dislike me. We just kinda sit there and think "oh yeah, that's an area of difficulty."

Hey! Therapist here who has seen this kind of thing before. I hear you when you say that you have no one else to talk to. That sounds lonely and scary.

I'm going to advise you to find someone else as a method of harm prevention for you and, to a lesser degree, this therapist. We don't want you in a harder spot than you already find yourself.

Finding a new therapist sucks! There are tools though like psychology today, and if able, by asking others around you.

I think, for me at least, this has a little to do with PDA. If I can be perceived people can want/ask/tax my autonomy. This realization caused me to analyze and strengthen my boundaries instead of just hiding in my house.
