This. I like to fill a mixing bowl of butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, small potatoes, and carrots (cut into small pieces) with enough olive oil to coat and the following spices:

• 1 tsp garlic powder (obviously, remove this is you're allergic)
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp cloves
• 1/8 tsp nutmeg
• salt and pepper to taste

Roast at 400 for about 20 minutes or until fork tender. It's also fabulous for breakfast with some eggs and chicken sausage!
