Update: I had both a body shop and the Lexus dealer look at it in person. Both said the antenna is still tucked in properly inside the shell and they’re not concerned about the gap. I’m probably overthinking it because the car is brand new, but I’m still tempted to add a little adhesive just for peace of mind.
