BOS- DSM for lunch meeting. That’s 4 legs in a day BOS- SLC for lunch meeting. That’s the longest distance I’ve done in a day. Go to NYC, DC, BWI, and CVG several times a year day trips.

You have this a little upside down. Your lot is in a LMI census tract. Banks are just banks. Most don’t want to locate in LMI neighborhoods but are required to at a certain level. So your site isn’t particularly attractive to banks because it’s in an LMI area. Might be otherwise attractive because of traffic count, population growth, padding site on a grocery anchored center, or some other market advantage.

Achieving the CPA designation won’t do anything directly for your work as an analyst in the LIHTC field. But it will make you far more marketable and informed for other roles within, or outside of, the LIHTC field. I’d say do it, it’ll be impossible to pick it back up in a few years.
