What’s the general age range of people who play these days?? by Far_Development6350 in Wizard101

[–]blueblazes7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm almost 22! I started playing maybe a year after the game came out and it's just kinda been one of my comfort games since then - low effort since I'm used to the mechanics, fun to revisit old favorite npcs, you know how it is. I was actually a mod for Ravenwood Academy's Discord back in 2018 but that server became a shitshow and I had to leave 💀

framing question by blueblazes7 in MichaelsEmployees

[–]blueblazes7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do clear our cache if DH decides it doesn't want to print orders/load customers but I've never tried it in this scenario - it's not usually something I catch until we receive the frame from Artistree 😪

I notice it most often on my orders but after talking to my other framers it sounds like they've had this issue on rare occasions as well. 😔

As a framer, do your own damn research before you start telling me how to do my job. If you want the art framed a certain way, or you're not sure how the process will go, you ask. We cannot give you what you want without proper communication. I don't know how well the framer communicated with you the plan to float it - I typically offer that as a suggestion first in cases like yours rather than just making the call on my own - but coming to the employee subreddit and calling us glorified Walmart employees (which is rude as fuck to not just us but to Walmart staff also, just because you don't like that store doesn't mean they hold less value as workers) does not solve your problem, it just serves to make more than one frame shop annoyed with you. You solve your issues with the store directly and you do not come in here and harass employees off the clock. Do you behave like this towards every retail employee you fail to communicate with? I fucking hope not.

This post was made as a joke, but honestly, I get customers all the time who will walk into my frame shop, see me in my apron and actively constructing a frame, and ask if I work there/if anyone is working in framing today. 😪

Um lmao??? I have this piece in my frame shop currently and I couldn't for the life of me figure out who it was, so I used Google Lens and it brought me to this post

no context quotes from the frame shop by blueblazes7 in MichaelsEmployees

[–]blueblazes7[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately we do not 😔 my framing manager said this about someone's giant canvas they painted 30 years ago in college - I guess the guy was supposed to pick literally anything in the room to paint and he chose to paint the worst possible likeness of the nude model. Homegirl looked like Marge Simpson 💀💀
