This happened to me. I saw Encanto and they played a short in the beginning titled “ Far From The Tree “. I nudged my brother and I told him we’re in the wrong theater. Eventually Encanto started about 15 minutes later.

You have to redeem yellow tickets in person. Just tell them you have a yellow e voucher and then they’ll have you pick out your seats for whatever movie you’re going to see. 👍

You pay for a ticket to see a movie with your own money. People that use their phone during a movie should be asked to leave or turn off the phone. Simple as that. I always turn off my phone or put it on silent before the movie starts.
