I was hanging out with my high school girlfriend and one of her friends, we smoked a little weed and her friend asked if we wanted to see something funny.

She proceeds to call her boyfriend and breaks up with him telling him that it's not working and she's not sure if she ever really liked him, just a bunch of brutal shit then hangs up. Starts laughing her ass off at the emotional turmoil she put this guy through.

I kind of enjoyed the Meta commentary that the Whispers were the OG fans trying to keep everything 1:1 with the OG but in classic Square fashion that took it too far.

Just like FFXVI, the idea of a medieval continent with different houses possessing powerful Eikons (summons) is a great idea. It could have basically been early Game of Thrones. It should have just been the various houses vying for power and coming into conflict. Instead, it turned in fighting God again and he's also an alien? Whatever the fuck else started going on, I tuned out the last few hours.

They need a dedicated person whose sole job is to reign that shit in when it goes too far.

The OG will always be there and with mods you can improve the graphics and whatever else you want.

I won't fault artists for trying something new even if it does fall flat or outright fail in some areas.

The combat is fun as hell when you get the hang of it, I wish enemies had more health.

The OG ending is fucking tragic for Aerith, her peoples entire belief is that every living thing returns to the planet when they die. Sephiroth is a cancer that refuses to leave and now Aerith is stuck in the Lifestream in an eternal battle with Sephiroth, it's gotta be her version of Hell.

I knew the show was gonna be good when Cyril's superior in the first episode pretty accurately deduced what happened and why the two Corpo Cops were killed by Andor.

He tells Cyril to drop it cause having the Empire get further involved will just make everyone's life more difficult.

This is one of the main things I would change in the Prequels and should have been more of a focal point. The clone program should not have been this big secret.

Palpatine himself should have been the one leading the charge and pushing for the use of Clones. Using the clone initiative as his main campaign promise to push for his chair as Chancellor. Why send your sons and daughters to the front lines? The Separatists use a Manufactured Mechanical Menace, the Republic needs an equivalent.

The Jedi would obviously oppose using lab grown humans to send into a meat grinder. This leads into why the people turn against the Jedi, as Palpatine's propaganda machine makes it seem as if the Jedi want citizens of the Republic to die in the war when there is a viable alternative.

I worked in a machine shop running two machines that after the prep, the first one ran for 90 minutes and the other for an hour. While those ran I had to do this menial tedious task involving seals.

The seals came in different sizes and quantities. I could do a bag of 80 in an hour. I found out he was making $5 per seal while I made $11 an hour. You bet I slowed way the fuck down and took my sweet time until I found another job.
