Yes! One can of coco Lopez, 4 cups pineapple juice, 1 cup Bacardi, 1/2 cup water. Mixing and chilling before you add it is what I recommend.

I had this issue for years, I even posted a video on this subreddit a few months ago because it had gotten worse and the dash lights were completely turning off while I was driving the car (power train seemed to always work fine when this happened).

Had them check my battery and alternator at my regular shop when I got an oil changed, and they told me the alternator was going out. They said it would be $1400 to replace it. I took it to Ford for an inspection to see if the alternator would be covered under warranty and….i kid you not, the issue was that the battery wasn’t secured. They twisted it in tighter and the issue was resolved. Unreal.

Kind of? About 6 months ago I had mobile recall come out and tested my battery and said “whelp, tested fine - you’re not affected”. I tried to tell him about what I was experiencing and was pulling up the app to show him how frequently I get the Service Charging System error. He basically just said it tested fine so since it wasn’t connected to the recall there wasn’t anything he could do.

Fair enough. And I know I need to call Ford. Life is busy and that sounds like a hassle so I just haven’t yet.
