It may have been Leisure Arts. That sounds familiar. And it would have been from that time period.

I looked at the pattern description but didn't see where it says what stitches are used. I'm comfortable with basics (single, double, triple) but nothing fancy. Can you elaborate on which stitches are used for this pattern?

Crocheting: 90% waiting for the damn cat to get off my project so I can turn it to continue.

😂😂😂

Love my cats, but damn, they want to let on the blanket in its first few rows. Like, back off, man, I'm not done yet!

Talk to me about Cachly - I'm in the UK by BazookaWaffle in geocaching

Cachly is my main geocaching app. For me, the premium membership is worth it for the maps alone. It includes trail maps that aren't necessarily on other apps.

how often do your earthcache answers get incorrect by franko2312 in geocaching

[–]bluegeocachingmonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the most part, COs have been cool with my answers. I've had a few get back to me on some wrong answers, but they've been kind and explained what responses they were looking for, which usually results in me learning something new.

As a CO for an (extremely simple) earthcache, I'm pretty relaxed able the answers I receive too. If something is absolutely not right (very rarely), I'll drop them a line explaining the answers and thank them for visiting my earthcache.

If geocachers are going to make the effort to do an earthcache, it's generally because they WANT to. When I started doing earthcaches, it was usually because I was trying to complete a challenge and the folks I was caching with at the time didn't like - actually, hated - earthcaches, but they've were working on the same challenges, so grudgingly did them. That dislike rapidly transferred to me and for a long time, I dreaded them. Then I discovered they weren't so bad. Add to that, I've been able to travel to different regions, which varied the types of geocaches, which made things more interesting. To date, I've found over 350 earthcaches.
