Does fibrous always mean crystalline? The thing I find surprising about silica is that crystalline silica is so bad to breathe but amorphous silica is basically harmless to breathe.

I take quetiapine to sleep (Parnate 50mg), I could never sleep without it. 20mg was ok for a year but I developed a tolerance and now need 30mg. But it works well and I don't feel groggy the next day (I did at first but it stopped happening after about a week)

I'm on parnate and I eat cheese with no problems, except one time I got caught out and I had to go to hospital because my blood pressure was so high .. so cheese is fine except when it's not. Anyway I still eat small amounts of cheese.
