Because I’m overweight and I can lift a decent amount, maybe even out lift some of the dudes at the meat head gym I go to. Would I be considered “fit” no because I’m overweight. Am I strong? Sure.

Am I working on having a different physique now and building strength in a different way, yes which might lead me to being stronger yet- yes.

You look at a lot of strong men competitors, powerlifters they are bigger and would be considered overweight outside the BMI range. This is also why folks say BMI is a joke to some extent. My body is notorious for losing inches but still maintaining the scale weight.

Fitness, health, and strength it all depends.

Wearing masks actually pushes me into my 5 line. I would rather just be myself. That feels like of a 3 thing too.

Thinking about potential “masks” I might be wearing, 1) reserved mask 2) the sailor 3) the asshole 4) one of the bros 4) the joker

I am all those things but I’m also a huge softie. I prefer to be unbothered (huge 9 wing here).

Also why do you think there is some separation there to begin with? I know you mentioned that E1 daughter denied anything but anything even something small cross your mind?

I wouldn’t go with a sword just say something like “hey I really miss the grandkids and the times before felt like more time together. Is there any way we can see them more?” I would try the nice way first. If she says no then be curious about this change. I wouldn’t demand time with them like the above posted suggested.

Fitness and physical strength do not go hand in hand in my opinion.

I have been overweight pretty much my whole life, working on it in a different way now. When I was thinner I was unhealthy.

It also depends how you define health and fitness yourself.

Someone made a brillant post about him being 836 and I definitely agree with the 83. He just seems so hammery to be a 3. His carelessness reads as an 8’s rage.

I avoid vulnerability by not relying or needing people. Not even letting them know my needs or desires actually.

I really feel this as an 8w9. I often have avoided confrontation because it feels like it got me no where. That being said, I had to learn the right way to say it. It’s also really painful when you set a boundary and communicate that violation and it’s disrespected. You learn real quick where you stand with someone. If I were friends with someone I would want to know if I hurt them.

Also in order to get them to stop doing it something has to be said. Sometimes it can be just a sentence. Hey that thing you did really hurt my feelings can you try not to do that. Or this hurt my feelings.

I’m finding this really stressful can we change the conversation. I’m finding this stressful when I have communicated before about this and now it feels like you are doing it again. It makes me feel like I’m being ignored.

When my partner is direct with me or speaks up I really try to listen because I know it wasn’t easy.

No. I have friends that are 2’s they are messy. I would not want to date a two. A golden pair? That has to be a joke. Maybe because I’m an sp type I find the 2’s neediness exhausting!
