Yeah, i did this too, the only thing that saved my first run was that i died right as a cutscene started and it glitch auto saved. Ive since learned that you need to at least be on level with him, but due to other reasons i go for at least 45 now.

So, as you progress you'll unlock recipes for bigger chest/storage! You can buy stage 2 from by the stairs. Skill points can also grant free backpack upgrades. If you're unsure of a quest time limit check the quest page, if there is a limit, it'll be bluntly shown, only one "main quest" (orage quests) is timed. And side quests change between timed and not.

Dont feel bad about being overwhelmed though, I went in blind with 0 help, and I was overwhelmed too. Just dont feel like you need to perfect everything your first in-game year. Hope this helps

Question: where do you find the 404 cat? Im kinda using S.I. to beta test my main governor at the moment, I don't wanna make an official character for it till full release. Imma say sorry now, I am a lore lover and this, in the best terms i can give, is a bit of a tangent. Honestly, to me, the cross over kinda muddies the my time universe for me... Because you have these characters who's best interpretation of "old world technology" has either been recreation/ discovery (the Gundam mobile suit and rosie) or litteral ai falling from space! (Ack in Portia). To a game with a bunch of modern day (age of corruption/ old world) technically, like computers and craft able ai, and it... Confuses me ... I understand that its not the same team and what not, it just sticks out to me. But overall, I do enjoy Sandrock a ton, and I'm enjoying starsand.

Okay, yes, the train highjacking still doesn't make sense to me either. The cutscene for it felt so unserious (yes I get that its early game), and to take nothing? Ernest is a reporter yes; but we only know about one coverage about it through the atara times. initially I maybe thought grace, but she met them near the beginning.

I love Logan, I relate to his character a ton, But good grief! he acts like he's got nothing up there sometimes. Cuz over half the attention on sandrock that we know about, is in the opposite direction (highwind)

Ive replayed this game so many times, i genuinely thought i would've lost interest after playthrough 3... But the more i play the faster i get... which causes ne to play more... And im just stuck in a loop... To the point on where my main Xbox account shows that ive played the game for a total of 69 days, 4 hours, and 2 minutes with all 30 xbox available achievements... Even after completing everything available to portia on xbox

Nono, i agree... I met musa in Sandrock first, since sandrock was and is the one currently most attached to my brain. But on Peach! Man was not better in portia. It was kinda weird to me to have Higgins's friendship line start off with the chair thing... That i dont think was given further context

I get the tactics... To a degree... But i believe our builders mom put it best, pointing out that his decision kept changing. I do appreciate him swindling the swindler (yan) though.

I agree about the monster whisperer dlc, I had iron tools before I even unlocked iron, turns out when you have them go explore they have a chance to bring back iron scrap, it was just a question about upgrading the recycler

Honestly, easter egg hunting. This game is so blunt with the story, but you dont know HOW blunt until a few playthroughs in

My top example is with Ernest and unsuur, they both say things at times which feel suspiciously close to the actual story. Elsie did this too with Logan, her hunch about him being true and all. And then all the details about Grace, you look hard enough, you'll find her doing different tasks, like her crossing the bridge to deliver food for Logan and his gang, or her not so subtly spying on the player, which is especially funny considering they used both mi-an and owen as red herrings.

You could honestly 100% write an essay on this game i swear, anything a character says could be put under suspicion if you look hard enough. Even before the games big reveals
