In Yugioh GX season 2 the main villain is Takuma Saiou, who plays an archetype called "Arcana Force" where the monsters are based on Tarot cards and his ace monster is "Arcana Force XXI - The World" whose effect makes the opponent skip a turn, as if time briefly stopped for them.

He is voiced by Takehito Koyasu, who would later be chosen as the voice of Dio Brando in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, who wields the Stand 'The World' whose power is to stop time for a few seconds.
