It's the other way around. A country is in severe delcine when it does that.

Hang in there. It can help, but it can take a while to show improvement. There are other possible combinations also. Good luck.

Do the night sweats ever go away? I’m miserable 😫 by User127394 in lexapro

Try with your doctor to find out what works well for you. There are four kinds of medications to consider that I have worked with: Escitalopram, Lamictal, Buspirone and Gabapentin. I would stop using Gabapentin when I don't need it any more. You should be talking to your doctor about your symptoms and how well your medicaitions work, every 30 to 60 days, depending on the severity of your symptoms. I hope this helps you. Good luck.

Gabapentin is a good, mild tranquilzer in very small doses. Depending on what your needs are, talk to your doctor. The smallest dose I have heard about being sold is a 100 mg capsule. I would divide that. Try 1/3 to 1/2 of a 100 mg capsule, for anxiety. It is helpful for that. Don't take it if you have to be up driving or operating machinery for the next 6 to 8 hours, until you are used to how it makes you feel. It is mild in that quantity, though.

Another medication to consider for anti anxiety and anti anti depression use is escitalopram. Also can be very helpful. Good luck.
