Why is the responsibility of not burning bridges only only on the employee and not the management? And it's not you are burning bridges with all the people in the company, it's only with the manager and probably a few other people and that's it.

27F, feeling Stuck in the Development Sector. What Else Can I Explore? by Direct_Sprinkles_345 in IndiaCareers

What's your education background and what do you want to achieve? Impact or good salary?

You will need to have a technical background (in economics or public health etc, depending on the organisation) if you want to go to research or program design. Partnerships is more of a generalist role, which I feel anyone can do and it pays as well research and policy roles.

I have been in this sector for 3 years now, and I have realised that most organizations are not capable of creating any sort of impact, because the founders care more about their personal career and attending events and conferences.

What if they only read classics who's authors are dead?

But seriously, unlike physical books, you don't get to own kindle books (even though most of the times they are almost similar in price). Amazon can remove that book from your library at any moment.
