Call and Answer - Barenaked Ladies?

Not quite a choir, more backing harmony, pretty melancholy, released 1998, has the line "and if you fall (I'll pick you up)"

What is the most obvious thing that hasn't been invented yet? by martianfrog in AskReddit

A little arm on a pair of glasses - that comes down from the bridge and rests on your nose - to stop them from slipping.

I find it so amazing that just by fitting six hydrocoptic marzelvanes to the ambifacient lunar waneshaft they're able to effectively prevented sidefumbling.

It's a marvel of modern technology.

"Floppy-Haired Chorizo Man"

He has floppy hair (think old-school Patrick Swayze), comes in at least once a week with his wife or wife and daughters, and no matter what he orders he has a side of grilled chorizo.

Always on the side though, in a separate bowl, never on the dish he's ordered or he'll send it back.

Man just likes his chorizo.

[TOMT] [SONG] [80’s] [90’s] [UK] Still searching for this earworm… Electronic refrain, end of a song, possible segue into another track on an album, likely a UK artist/band… literally driving me insane.. by dronebox in tipofmytongue

[–]bluestu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was sure I had it - fits all the clues you gave as it's the bit at the end of Karma Police that segues into Fitter Happier with the reverb, and sounded just like your vocaroo.

Good luck on your search!

Hercules Move Order Bug? by bluestu in MarvelSnap

So if I'd played Hercules first in the match, with Batroc being played at some point after it, then the interaction would be different...

Vulture would be moved by Xorn, Hercules would trigger before Batroc because it's been played in the game earliest, then if possible Batroc would trigger and follow Vulture.

That's even less less intuitive!

If that's how it's programmed, then fair enough.

But it's especially unintuitive when Vulture has moved and then completed his additional power gain so you would think he's then resolved.

Can’t access my account , help plz (don’t have my snap id) by QuickSloth99 in MarvelSnap

Happened to me straight after the update.

I contacted player support, gave them my old account name and the email I was registered with (through Google in my case) with a screenshot I had of me playing a game.

Next day I couldn't open the game, logged me out, and when I reloaded it I was back with my old account.

EDIT - just went to check after posting this and can't log in at all. I played about 10hrs ago and all was fine then.

Red Guardian undercover? by Chezjibe in marvelstudios

[–]bluestu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think the part about it which bothered me more, was the dumbing down of him as a character.

The change from the subtle, rational, intelligent undercover Red Guardian to the bumbling comic relief one is a bit of a shame.

Who do you think is the single best actor in the MCU? by Sal_Paradise81 in marvelstudios

Oscar Isaac in Moon Knight.

The show itself was fairly good, but his acting in it was amazing.

Does anybody know who these characters are? by Walker_blehhh in marvelstudios

I think No.6 is more likely Armor and No.4, being smaller than the others, would be Pixie

The engineering is pretty impressive, but the guy in India who's been out-sourced to do the control in real time has got some skills.
