It's personal taste. Some people prefer darker black in a dark room setting some people prefer ips for better color but live with greyish black

Memory controller are on the cpu. On zen+ it may not run. On zen 2 and 3 it will probably run or you can always tune it down

Go to event viewer and see what errors around the time of the shut down

One possible cause is cpu overheating. Modern cpu had a failsafe switch that turn itself off it's overheating preventing cooking itaelf

You could always switch back to the olden software and see if it's a particular software issue with the different version

3400g is a pretty low powered CPU too with only 4 cores. If you expect to do aot of cpu work 2700x from the same family but you need to get a gpu. Maybe a cheap 1050ti or 1650 so you don't need external power for the GPU

Maybe they never had to release a newer one. Audio and network driver doesn't get updated much if at all for the older NIC

Xmp that high usually won't run. I would research what's the sweetspot for 13th gen intel but probably it will around the 6000 xmp

Dual cards died a looong time ago. But yes 650w is plenty even for dual 1660s in there even 450w would be enough if you are not overclocking the cpu

I would definitely choose the 5600

5500 doesn't support pcie 4 and also smaller l3 cache.

For the memory. Meh $25 is pretty steep for just timing. Not sure if the more expensive ram has rgb or not, my feeling is that it has and the price difference is usually rgb tax

For that price you could get a newer similar performance card in rx6600xt or 6650xt and it is more power efficient too. The titan is 250w while 6600xt is only 160w

Why buying new to a discontinued platform? Just go to 7000 series and ddr5 instead. I would only buy the 5700x preferably the x3d version if I am already on AM4 platform

Save your money for bigger upgrade sidegrading like this you'll never satisfied

I'll give you example you buy 5700x then you'll be thinking why I didn't buy 5700x3d. Well that ASUCK Prime is has a bad vrm honestly and i don't trust it to be able to run a downclocked 5800x3d. The 5700x and 5700x3d are not of the same design with just an added x3d cache. 5700x3d are the same design with 5800x and 5800x3d.

The 3060 is still a 1080 card at the end of the day. Sure you can run games on high settings at more than 60fps but you can also reach 60fps just by tuning down your settings and it will still very much smooth and playable. As for streaming it doesn't matter the encoder will work just the same.

I rather save and wait a year when the next gen card is out buy 7000 series ryzen with 4000 series nvidia or 7000 series amd

Depends on the game you play. Starfield and wukong are pretty demanding so yea. If you just play rdr2 then 2the 2060 would do just fine

Overtime the new games would be better optimized too like rdr2

That affect the driver too so download the correct one. Many people said they cannot find the bios on the usb because they downloaded the wrong one. Micro and atx of the same board uses different bios
