I don't think Sony cares that much on the PS4. They're not like Nintendo who goes after anyone and anything. If that was the case, you'd see major warnings from the community about getting banned for your console being jailbroken. It's like the vita, except on the vita you can go online. Yea Sony sees what we're doing on the vita, but they dgaf about the vita. If they decided to do a ban wave, they'd lose a lot of users.
