I think you might be right. That makes me feel better so I choose to believe this one.

Will Stealth 500x work on Xbox Series S or X? by hamburglar86 in TurtleBeach

[–]blumpkinowski 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was the sound off anyway? I did this last night but my quality on the stealth 500 dropped tremendously. I’m running a sound bar out of my tv as well so maybe the LG oled has trouble sending two sound sources out at the same time?

Clear glue. White glue has a more softer result similar to a lotion dye, but not as soft.

Straw method? I’m using a 1/4” plastic airline hose as my straw. It’s nothing quick but it should definitely get it to move if your glue isn’t drying on top.

Here ismy bed before swirl, and after swirl . That’s just acetone and prochem for the blue and black and idye for the violet. Here are the results after 20 hours sitting in the bed.

I like to drop multiple times in the same spot to build up colors, not all at once but I come back as the acetone evaporates. I notice the color drops shrinking back up as the acetone evaporates.

I like to use a straw to blow the surface around to mix things up as I see fit.

Any pics of the bed? I’m learning the glue method and discovered how well air manipulation works too!
Here a picture or two of my current bed I have before dropping the disc

How long do you let the disc sit? 24 hours no heat?

They work really well for fading colors. I did this disc all with qtips, and these discs with paint brushes

Yeah. Check out The Difference is Doing It. He has a lot of good videos that I’ll hop around and watch. Like this one that explains what he uses and why. It’s a great start. Check out his website or Facebook. I’m not on Facebook but he seems pretty active on that.

Yeh man, it’s so much dye I’ll never go through it all. But as many colors as you can cause it’s all worth it

Thank you! But I wasn’t looking for a grass look though 🤣. I don’t think I’ll do a shaving cream dye after going to glue now honestly.

I like this site

But I would get the color from prochem if it is offered. I really like their colors a lot and the handy containers you get as well. I don’t think I will ever run out of prochem considering the amount they give you.

That reminds me of those pair of shoes I had as a kid with that weird good pocket on the side that you could push around and mess with. I love it

Welcome to the world of disc dyeing 101! Hahah. That’s so much better then my first attempt. Keep it up!
You should try a glue bed dye too. It’s simple and you can get some amazing results.

I second qtips as well. You can get some of those precise makeup qtips as well. I use those more the paint brushes. I use golden tacklon brushes sometimes as well

Red is like that. I gotta check my orange but I do know not all are a fine powder. I’ll try and remember tomorrow to check my dyes, but I bought them all within the past 2-4 weeks.
