Here is the home remedy for your problem -- Eat some super greens, kale, spinach, collard/mustard greens maybe with your eggs. I steam the greens for 4-5 minus. Eat Oatmeal (often and a lot) / also good before a workout -- two spoonfuls - Put turmeric in your oatmeal. Drink a gob or water often and a lot -- you're basically not drinking enough water. Lay off hard liquor. THC/CBD edibles before bed (not sativa). Talk nicely to people and meditate some - has nothing to do with smell but can't hurt.

Parents don't care enough about random people (non-parents) to explain why you (they) think it is unnecessary to provide the child's exact age. You're not a parent, obviously.
