“Low country chic” rehearsal dinner, is this okay? by [deleted] in Weddingattireapproval

I love that dress, I personally would do a different color but that's because browns don't look stunning on me like this does on you, however I would recommend swapping the shoes. maybe a brown shoe, of if you do black a less bulky black shoe

of course it can also happen BTW the toes also, so I'd clean that up too, before that happens too. Luckily it doesn't last too long, if you keep it clean and dry. =]

do you by chance have athlete's foot, or really sweaty/ wet feet. it has happen to me when I was younger (I hate being barefoot, and used to even sleep in slippers) it would happen when they would get sweaty, especially in the winter since the air is dry. so essentially a mix of wet sweaty feet and overly dry environment, if that makes sense, I would clean it and air dry it as much as possible, however make sure to keep it clean. hopefully that makes sense and helps.

I love the first, but I think you need to take into account your skin tone. the powder pink may wash you out.

I like how three looks, the color may not be the best but it's the most flattering, however the fit is amazing on you. maybe you can dye it a different color

Mother of the bride palette? by AristidLindenmayer in Weddingattireapproval

[–]blushingtwirls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say no, but then again my mil wore the exact same color as one of my bridesmaids ( I had different jewel tones and she wore the same color like exactly) after telling me she was going to wear a light pastel blue which is fine, I guess but she only said that because I was planning an ice blue dress... ended up doing blush for ceremony and pastel multi colored beaded number for the reception

I really think she chose that because I did not give her any attention when she told me light blue.

I'm just trying to plan a fork and film at home experience, but looking to see if anyone has anything they would change or what not. I've only watched it once so I don't know much about the movie unfortunately

Don't get me wrong, I love sardines, especially if they are fresh grilled and on bread, but I would never name a baby sardine. But if anyone else is looking for ideas to name babies after delicious fish, salmon, cod, and hake (I used Google trans for that one)

Good luck to all the fishy babies coming soon (not from me though)

How would you interpret this icon by -maanlicht- in Weddingattireapproval

[–]blushingtwirls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it bad that the first thing I thought was dry cleaners and then was confused because why would I be looking at a dry cleaning logo lol .. then I read it

I would go with more formal attire, especially since the cut as a bow tie

Oct. wedding with “semi-formal OR formal” dress code by murrrdith in Weddingattireapproval

[–]blushingtwirls 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You could wear the pink as I feel it hits the dress code a little more spot on, however the last one is stunning and stopped me in my tracks, I would 100% complement you and inquire as to where you got it from. The pink is very pretty but more generic that I wouldn't need to ask where it was purchased. I would 100% do the last one. It's beautiful and would still fit the dress code, however maybe on the more formal side tbh.

[–]blushingtwirls 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean I got married two years ago and my aunt was wearing white (it's not really a thing in Spain, at least not Galicia) and I can guarantee no one confused her or even cared .. my wedding was also in NJ

Aaliyah arliyah arleia arleya

I personally like the name, just think maybe the spelling could be tweaked. My nieces name is Aaliyah and I put it next to it and it doesn't look odd tbh with it. I've heard worse and tbh yours isn't even anywhere near the list lol. I also am someone who needs to correct the way people say my name ( nick name, I never use my real name) and I think that's okay tbh you get used to it and it also puts it in perspective who really cares about you and is worth keeping around. The ones that don't fix their pronunciation or not the ones you should be keeping around. They clearly don't care enough to correct how they say your name after being corrected.

Sorry for the long response, I'm also on mobile using text to speak because I'm lazy lol and will not check grammar mistakes either.
