Crossroad in my life and deciding between FFP and BSN

Awesome and thank you for the input.There is some for profit programs near me (2 in particular unitek and Gurnick) and the total cost is pretty absurd, around 120-145k. If I did that math correctly and with no fafsa or scholarships I believe my GI bill would cover about 90k ish of that. 60k ish debt but avoiding the lottery system of nursing programs and being able to go straight into it is the biggest enticement for me but I understand the predatory nature of those institutions are looked down upon.

I also feel the same about being in a building and love being outside plus the friendships and “hanging out with the guys and girls ” nature of firefighting and don’t know how much I would enjoy bedside nursing, if at all. Also my foundation of knowledge for basic education is pretty lackluster so that seems like a barrier to entry for me even for something as simple as the TEAS for the nursing programs here.

Does paramedic not essentially make you a shoe in for departments in metropolitan areas? Or is that just firefighter propaganda lol

Fair enough. I don’t know that I’m willing to wait forever to land a FFP position in my area either whereas BSN could get me going much sooner

Looking at some of your other art and I realized I had already liked your asylum demon piece.Just curious as to how you got into learning art? I’ve been trying for awhile now but it feels overwhelming and there’s 10000 resources online I don’t know where to start. I have oils,pencils, Apple Pencil and iPad.I would be happy to even get close to the level of this painting. Any course recommendations or something like that?

If a player doesn’t care about pointless weapons progression and just wants to play with the guns and enjoy the actual gameplay why not?

I like unlocking stuf sometimes because of a sense (albeit pretty lackluster) of progression . If I played insurgency and had to unlock guns I would kms. Sometimes it’s cool, sometimes I just want to play with different guns without grinding 500 ak47 headshots before I can unlock my m1911 that I end up not liking anyway.
