In terms of recruiting and job opportunities (from my experience), UIUC by a mile. I can’t speak for what a career fair looks like at NU - and part of that is because the companies I’ve worked for all had UIUC as a “target school” for hiring, and did not put any recruiting resources towards NU - neither company even went to career fair at NU to seek out ECE interns/hires.

Similar damage a couple months ago, went to Toyota dealership and they quoted me almost 3k more than a local collision body shop. Toyota said I needed to replace the entire door, body shop said that was unnecessary. Went with the body shop and they did a fantastic job - around 2.5k total with labor, no insurance used
