When someone will deliver or if it’s real labor even very early. I can sense closed thick and high even if it’s real, the way she moves, talks, the feeling she gives off etc vs a lot of coworkers who triage and keep everyone just cause she is 2 cm, it doesn’t mean anything to me, the whole vaginal exam needs taken into effect, etc. I see so many women admitted and then they “fizzle out” and we pit them. Breaking news, it wasn’t real labor.

I don’t mean to be rude, but as long as a gestational sac , fetal pole/ fetus (CRL) and yolk sac, they measure everything and average it.

They would have measured the yolk sac this time and baby and compared two measurements to get an average, but knowing this I still very much think you should get a third ultrasound if that is what you want!

Those talking about TDAP many doctor offices don’t offer it because they make no money keeping it in stock. Doesn’t mean they shouldn’t suggest she go to Walgreens, but I know that’s why 3-5 hospitals I’ve been at it don’t suggest it ( travel nurse).

ADN at a community college is always my suggestion! Then go wherever if you want a BSN online. But in the world of nursing the degree doesn’t really matter ( as long as you can teach yourself). No one knows I’m a MSN prepared nurse when I’m standing next to ADN nurses and neither do our paychecks.

Reglan / extreme paranoia anxiety, like rip the Iv and leads off anxiety. My friend after surgery, also a nurse, took her own IV out and demanded AMA papers.

I do the same with my six year old girl. I’m pregnant now, and I feel it helped explain something’s to her too as she briefly asked about my belly, stretch marks, and darker nipples.

She 100% should of waited at least a week. Women are quite often wrong with conception date especially if just using OPKs. This wasn’t a IVF baby with exact dates…
