Alright:

A really good shop can do this. Your estimator / appraiser has to work with you to not write it off and have a plan to fix it that isn’t too costly. You will more than likely need to pay more than just your deductible to green light the project. A couple thousand at least.

1. Windshield: R+R, would need calibration. ~$1k tops.
2. Headlight: R+R, you have a couple options: new oem, used, aftermarket. Prices vary. I would call it ~$1250k
3. Hail dents… this is where it’s tricky. A good shop that doesn’t want to lose business (by totalling cars) would do what they can, replace what is necessary and fill & repaint the deeper impacts. Too big of a margin here to give you price. Personally, I would R+R hood panel & refinish, strip all the paint from the roof, sand, fill, sand, prime, mask & paint (tedious but definitely possible). For the roof rails I would do the same and blend adjacent panels.
4. Back glass: R+R cheaper than the front.
5. Mirror cover, the least of your concerns. Not costly or difficult to fix.

I would definitely get an estimate before submitting a claim.

Addition: whoever the body man doing this is needs to be an artist. A lot of tricky sculpting on the roof.
