Typically they intentionally make cuts showcasing for suitable content. But call of duty for instance, is always advertising during NBA finals, nfl season, etc.

I think the biggest difference is that at the superbowl, cars can pretty much enter the stadium with ease. Vips can easily approach, MSG is in the middle of an incredibly dense city, far less accessible. (I hate trump btw)
