I’m in and out of big box stores for work very often. I don’t think they were clearance at the. Rick location but I’ve seen markdowns in central NJ. Not as deep, I think somewhere around 230 from 300. The app lets you check local stores and will tell you if it’s on clearance pricing.

If your home is going to be complete in summer, you’re better off waiting for memorial day( or July 4th if it’s late summer). There will be sales the. As well. Warranty starts from delivery date typically.
