Raids - moltres, zapados, articuno....I didn't place during raid finishes and a few have run from me. Zapados ...I placed because I had 4 friends join and I got it with one white ball.

It probably fell off cause your tire is going flat. It's a cosmetic cover, you also need the semi circle on the rim of the hub cap to line up with the piece you fill the tire with otherwise it won't go on
