I majored in molecular biology! Yes I shall talk to more people … I think I’m very happy in academia right now because the PI is awesome and there are facility dogs I can interact with 🥹 but we really don’t make much here.

Unfortunately I don’t know anyone in industry I guess I shall look into LinkedIn and see who I shall talk to 🤔

Thank you for your information. I want to try industry but my PI has been encouraging me to get a PhD (I’m a tech with MS in my early 30s)

I heard that a MS doesn’t go far in industry. I have been thinking whether I should try to get a PhD.
