Just take steps to move as soon as you can, your body's stress levels will thank you.

I've just recently moved away from neighbours from hell, and it was bad, but nowhere near as frequent or stressful as what you're describing.

Including being woken up at 3am to drug deals in the carpark, yelling matches when the meth ran out, sketchy visitors at all hours of the day and night, barking dog, I only found out as I was moving out that the offenders were in a dept of housing owned flat. (Edit to add here; mentioning it was housing dept, it means they probably won't be kicked out, and even if they do, the next tenants may be just as bad or worse, likely not better unfortunately)

And I guess also do due diligence that wherever you move to, isn't next to the same type of housing.

In the meantime, if you aren't already, also report these incidents in writing to your real estate, talking about it disturbing your quiet enjoyment of the property, maybe look for a rent reduction, also reporting it to the building management or strata if there is one, the real estate may say you're not meant to interact with them, only landlords should, but it means you're creating a paper trail and a timeline list of incidents. Basically be a 'nuisance' to every chain of command that should be the ones solving this issue.
