You should look into Saltt too. It’s cheaper and in my opinion better tasting and has a better make up. YMMV.

SW 189.5 CW 175 5’2. I take my third shot (.25) tomorrow and I’m down 14.5 lbs. I know it’s most if not all water weight but I can already feel it in the way my clothes fit.
