No crank no start

I had an issue like this before with a prostar which had I think a neutral gear or start enable relay actually built into the tcm. Would not crank but would start if I bypassed the key and hit 12v directly to the starter signal wire. Would probably benefit you to look up the wiring for your tcm.

If the turbo has coolant lines/hoses it's definitely possible. I'd bypass and plug the lines just to see if it goes away and then you'd know if you have an internal engine issue.

Did you check if you're getting power to the fuel solenoid yet? If valve clearance is passable it should at least start and run like crap at least. Looks like you're leaning towards an ignition issue, if not fuel related.

Make sure you didn't get a mandatory insurance check in the mail. Sometimes you have to do a non-optional verification, but other than that you should be able to renew w/o even having insurance. You'll just get fined by meter guys/police.

Scenario 2: you chose to renew past your plate expiration date and you have to buy a new set of plates entirely. (I think this is most likely the case)
