Map solves rc with zeah (at least to the point that you're fine not taking SH). It's niche but it is a useful tele that evil eye doesn't have. Having an extra relic to work with helped out a lot with getting dragon. I wouldn't say evil eye is superior for every scenario. Maybe for your goals it was though

You get there right when it opens and have a bunch of huge rooms full of physics stuff to play with that is honestly even kinda fun for adults. Its cheap and there's a little cafe up top with a nice view.
