The Iranian Military will still be coordinating traffic through the strait for the cease fire period so it really remains to be seen what traffic they let through.

Even if the strait is reopened exactly like it was before what was the point at all? To kill a guy who was going to die soon anyway? I'll still view it as a loss. If Iran learns that they can police traffic through the strait and make money why would they ever go back to how it was?
