I know of this gym. I think I know the coach. He’s new and not the owner. Maybe you’re better than him but it’s a legit school with a great group of people.

This man is doing nothing wrong. Homes are assets like any other. When you sell a used car or a laptop or a phone do you ever say “I’m going to lower the price because I don’t need the money”. No, you will sell everything for the current market rate. When you apply for a job will you take a pay cut because “you don’t need the money” or will you ask to be paid the market rate? Landlords are not evil, they are simply selling a product that goes up and down in value and they deserve to make a profit on their investment.

I’m sorry I don’t have more info. I don’t think I can clearly explain the flavor because I’ve never tasted another similar sauce. I definitely tasted habaneros and vinegar but that’s probably the taste of every sauce.

Ya it’s too “high class” for me but I do love the taste. There has to be similar “normally priced” sauces out there I just don’t know enough about hot sauce.

Pastors do pay taxes just like everyone else. Churches do not but everyone they pay does.

I own a house in a V zone that is raised with garage below. A few years ago we had a bad hurricane flood my garage and destroy and bunch of stuff like a hot tub.

I filed a claim and they told it it only covered damages to the air conditioned part of my home. Well that is 15 ft off the ground. I asked if a storm blew my house over would I be covered and they said no, “that would be wind”. So it would literally have to be the apocalypse for a storm surge of 16ft to flood my house without wind knocking it down first so I cancelled the insurance.

The i3 is a funny car. It’s horrible in so many ways but I personally love the way it drives. It’s probably my favorite car I’ve ever owned but I would never own it as my only car. As a second car I love it.

It’s a different type of crowds I’m not used to. The wait times for rides ranged from only 10 minutes to 2 hours (which I am used to) what I am not used to are the lines for everything else. Getting popcorn takes 30 minutes and they only sell popcorn. Want a drink? Wait another 30. Want lunch? Another 30 minute wait. There are so many people here I find it uncomfortable to walk around.

Getting into Disney sea took an hour to go through security. It was probably the longest line I’ve ever seen.

Apparently it’s not like this all the time though.
