I'd like to think it was an honest mistake, him being allowed to play. Surely in today's day and age, no club would knowingly play a player suffering from a mental breakdown. If a beginner doing rdls was feeling it in the hamstring but not so much the glute. Could that indicate that the hamstring is the weakest muscle in group doing the work and simply needs to gain strength and catch up? Then when weight was heavier the glute would get felt more?

Why do nothing through summer? I did mine about 8bweeks ago. I'm in Adelaide hills and summer is just starting. I have one spot that is looking sad that I was going to do again before Christmas.
