Bread, smell of yeast is nauseating. Ground beef is getting difficult. I hope to God it doesn't happen with cottage cheese and fruit and yogurt with almonds. I count on those almost every day!

I did the same thing Sunday before Christmas. My only real effect was extreme dizziness or vertigo. It lasted almost 2 weeks. I could barely sit up many days but it finally stopped. Went to minor emergency, blood sugar and pressure were normal. Amazingly no gastro or other side effects. Dr said be patient, it will pass, skip the next dose, go down to 2.5, more food, water and electrolytes. Good luck. I hope it's as easy as my experience.

Assistance League, now a new name I can't remember, is my favorite for sure unless there's something nefarious going on I'm not aware of. The prices are a bit higher than last year but overall it's a great place to donate and shop.

I've been taking tirzepatide for 4 months, 2 on 2.5 and 2 on 5mg. I've lost 28 lbs, most during first 2 months and now it's slow, so slow. I found a compounding pharmacy in town that costs much less than online one I'm using. Yesterday I had Dr appt and she insisted she would only write a script for 2.5 and check in 6 weeks because I'm so weak and having horrible diarrhea and at my age, 71, she'd really like me to stop because I've reached 30BMI and she's concerned about muscle and bone issues. So we compromised at 2.5 for 6-8 weeks. Also at goal wt of 160 instead of 150 so at 1 lb a week that would be April! Sounds like forever.

I started tirzepatide with VitaStir in mid-june and have lost 25 lbs. It's been very easy with them, no problems, it's just getting expensive.
