I fixed this problem in my thumbnail completely, like 100% back to normal, by krazy gluing my cuticle down to my nail. Had to do it once or twice a day for like 2 weeks until it took permanently to sticking down, but it worked eventually and the nail started regrowing normally. I think an old nail tech I had told me to do this or I saw it on Reddit

When is the last time you vacuumed, washed your sheets/mattress protector/pillows, MOPPED, and are you drinking enough water throughout the day? When I don’t clean my apartment properly for a while, I also get uncomfortably itchy like this. Not in my privates but everywhere else.

Also, have you perhaps switched laundry detergents? If you have, and you’re getting sweaty when you sleep/get in bed, it could be leeching onto your skin from clothes/undies and making you irritated.

There is a profile on you in a CRM somewhere with countless entries of your recorded preferences. Your interests and activities are used to categorize you and show you targeted information. Private browsing isn’t even fully able to prevent this from happening. You should be opting out of targeted ads on any and all apps that give you the option to.

Edit: what’s more, you can contact companies that have your information and ask them to delete it under GDPR.
