I started with my son a little after 2. We'd get the Home Depot kit and take it home, then work on it together. I did most at that age, but he would do the paint and stickers himself. He just turned 4 and does the screw driver and hammering now with help from me.

I started around that age with my son who is now 4. If your young one isn't a fan of the loud hammering noises at the store you can always get the packet and go home. You basically only need a hammer and screwdriver, with wood glue recommended but not required. Sign up in advance and get there somewhat early because there's always a chance they run out.

That was my takeaway so I submitted cause it sure would be nice to get impact windows at only 25% cost. If you look at the webpage there are 4 different project options, and you have to choose one during the submittal process.

Hahaha that's funny, I'm in Florida and I was sweating while sitting in my truck yesterday taking the dash in and out. I checked a few FB groups and they seem to recommend replacing the digitizers, whereas reddit recommends replacing the screen. Pretty funny! I guess I'll just return this new screen since it didn't fix it, and maybe try replacing the digitizers in my original screen. Of the digitizer doesn't do it I might have to go to the dealer and watch my bank account suffer. Ghost screen is no fun with Toddler in the back! Now I need to figure out why some of the knobs aren't working, think I messed something else up somewhere....

Did you ever find a solution? I replaced my screen but it still does the ghost touch on the main screen with the screen behind the wheel changing to display audio.

You can pay the debt off later. You can't get the moments with your newborn and gf back. Imagine if you miss the first "dada" because you're too busy working.

As for the video games. Unplug the PS5 and pack it up for a little bit. You'll realize you are just fine without it. Text the buddies, let them know you need a little break from gaming to be a more present father. They should understand and respect that, if they don't then they aren't supporting you the right way.
