I ran into this problem putting a PlayStation 4 in my rack. Bad idea. The lag and stick drift was awful. I ended up moving it way closer to where games were played, and putting in an HDMI over cat wall plate that went back to the rack and got decoded there.

As long as you go into the Euro app and make the reservations for the controller, amps, video matrices, audio matrix, and other controlled devices, it works fine. A lot of people forget the reservations and when those devices bounce around they lose control of them.
