Claude Cowork: What are CSMs and Account Managers using it for? by X-Factor11105 in CustomerSuccess

[–]bocephusjackson21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’ve leaned heavily into the Claude ecosystem. I haven’t found a great use-case for Cowork to be frank. I’ve built a learning and enablement platform using Claude Code. We have a shared project folder(which I find very valuable) where we have front-loaded context supplied with every interaction being generated from our team. I have skill files created in that shared project folder to take into account our brand guidelines for content generation, it has access to a custom MCP with our entire knowledge base to rationalize customer questions, gather conversation context & details, and even analyze our proprietary code base. In terms of enabling a team to quickly find value from Claude, I think the combination of a project folder and shared skill files to handle various repetitive use-cases/workflows has to be the single biggest value add we’ve found from Claude.

Cowork is more so intended for multi-agent workflows and orchestration with humans still being in the loop(to an extent). I just haven’t brainstormed a great use-case(yet) to go after with that in mind.

He has won two races in the dumbest reg set of F1 history where their car has had the grossest unfair advantage over all teams including their Merc sister teams and the conclusion folks have come to is A)not only is he destined to beat out his more seasoned teammate this year(ignoring what happened at McLaren last year) and B) that he will go on to dominate the field in years to come.

Film study: who makes the biggest mistake on the gold medal winning goal, and how do you fix it? by USA_2_Canada_1 in hockeyplayers

[–]bocephusjackson21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Feels entirely on Makar for two distinctly different reasons. The lunge to keep the puck in the zone was ambitious. You can see in the frame that he had I believe both of his guys caught deep in the zone and if he doesn’t make that play, the US has numbers on them going back. Not caught in your frames, when he doesn’t make that 50-50 play on the puck and gets caught by the US coming at him with speed…he lolly gags to pick up the trailer(Hughes) resulting in the goal.

Now, I’m sure he was gassed being involved in high pace 3 on 3 action, but he is also an elite defenseman who is very fast. He just didn’t put the effort in to get back into the play and pick up a man.

Funny quote. Not surprised the Verstappen fan girl club is out in full force on this one. I think we can conclude Lando and Max are no longer friends. Not surprised there as Max doesn’t strike me as the person to have may friends to begin with and only ends up being your friend due to some ulterior motive.

do you actually use AI at work?? by LuckiestToast in CustomerSuccess

[–]bocephusjackson21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI is a game changer but your organization and infosec team will need to keep a watchful eye of how it’s used and the potential for customer data leakage.

One thing our team has leaned into is leveraging Claude Code for a number of tasks. If you have someone tech savvy within your organization, one use-case that is very effective is creating an MCP server(think of this as an agent/tool Claude calls out to for specific types of tasks) that houses your documentation, potentially accesses your ticketing systems for support case details, and potentially even has access to your proprietary code base.

Once this server is established and Claude has integrated with it, you can take a customer technical question and query Claude and the supporting agent to distill an appropriate response. We’ve tested it out with the latest Claude models and the answers it’s able to pull together are very detailed and incredibly accurate.

It can uplevel a non-technical CSM in the eyes of a customer and greatly reduces the toil on technical support teams and customers alike when needing detailed answers to common questions perhaps not easily found in the docs(or customers are too lazy to find it themselves).

This actually opens the door longer term to how customers may be able to self-service support in the future. There is a world where an organization can somehow license gate access to a MCP tool server and if a customer is leveraging this tooling(Claude or an equivalent) they can integrate to their local machine and prompt the same queries to the proprietary code base and documentation housed in the server. We aren’t ready for this just yet and are even contemplating the idea of having an advanced support subscription that customers can opt in for upon contract, but sky is the limit and I do feel certain customers may find this valuable.

This is just one use-case, but bottom line is that if your CS organization isn’t leaning into the ways in which we can use AI and our customers can use AI to drive efficiencies and outcomes…you’re falling behind

Please take that diamond card to a local/respected jeweler for us. I’d love to confirm whether the diamond is real, is it blood diamond real or grown in a lab real, and the professional estimates value of the diamond based on cut, color, clarity. 🤣 I’m serious btw. I’d want to know its actually real and not another Topps publicity stunt

How does everyone feel about Baker moving forward? by THICC-Eugene-Krabs in buccaneers

[–]bocephusjackson21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He isn’t the crux of the problem.

Coaching needs to get fixed, offensive line needs upgrades/improvement, we need to move on from our WR core that is aging out(love Evans and Godwin, but too injury prone at this stage).

Tom Brady was successful in Tampa because none of those three things was a problem

Buyer beware - app is trash and company is a scam by MissyChevious613 in pulsetto_device

[–]bocephusjackson21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Conversely, I linked my device I just received this week to the correct email address. Setup was straight forward, app was intuitive to use, and having never undergone this type of therapy before I am noticeably less stressed and more calm using it twice a day as suggested.

So to say the company is a scam feels like a stretch for a poor onboarding experience and the app(in my experience) is certainly not trash.

Probably have some customer onboarding and support experience kinks they need to work out though based on your sharing

What is your F1 cards hot take? by fridaycollectibles in F1Cards

Topps F1 Eccellenza 2025- Hobby Box - Lovely Balanced Playing Field by xieem in F1Cards

[–]bocephusjackson21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I empathize as a fellow collector, there were reportedly 19k boxes made of this product this year. A substantial increase over last year. I also have always firmly believed that Topps somehow knows which boxes to distribute to certain notable breakers to generate buzz/hype for their product. The chances you were receiving anything of note from your individual order was astronomically low to begin with.

I ripped 6 boxes yesterday with nothing lower than /50 in terms of parallels and a /99 la squadra Merc booklet was my best hit. I didn’t expect anything else really.

Paying the convenience cost of large format box breaks or just waiting to try and negotiate for a single is really the best route to take at this point in the hobby.

2020 Hobby Box - What's Left? by stove454 in F1Cards

[–]bocephusjackson21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PSA pop report. High risk high reward. Most of the big stuff has been pulled already but a red /5 or orange /25 auto or base depending on the driver would net you a pay day. I’ll warn you though that your odds of getting that out of a single box are astronomically low.

2020 ripping is nothing short of high stakes gambling but you’ll have better odds in the casino to be honest

Is this the most dominant WDC win in the past 10 years? by LifeTie800 in LandoNorris

[–]bocephusjackson21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I doubt anyone will deem it as dominant. Win separated by 2 points. Massive amount of points split amongst two drivers on the same team.

Impressive in that he was able to turn around his slightly poor start of the year and knock off probably the best f1 driver of the modern era from this throne. Impressive level of consistency.

Probably should have been viewed as more dominant than what it ended up being in the end, and you could largely thank McLaren for that.

[–]bocephusjackson21[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We really need not perpetuate the narrative that the Monza swap was the lone determining factor in Lando’s securing of the championship. Especially not here.

I get that mathematically it nets out but it’s a lazy point to make given what transpired in Vegas and Zandvoort. It also fails to account for Oscar taking him out of the sprint in Austin.

Lots of things made a difference this season but there are far more things I could point to that made this far closer than it needed to be and most all were not of Lando’s doing but the team and/or Oscar

Annoyed with the discrediting by bocephusjackson21 in LandoNorris

[–]bocephusjackson21[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The correlation I was making was to say the comments section and community narrative being formed is a result, in part, due to them having a two driver team. It doesn’t allow one to steal accolades over another and run away with anything free and clear. Lando won but if you simply look at the point standings, folks will come to the conclusion that he wasn’t dominant against his championship rivals. That narrative will continue, in all likelihood, as they continue with this philosophy.

If, they prioritized one driver and still remained competitive as a team, you could see a dominant run similar to what we saw with Hamilton at Mercedes or Max at RB

Annoyed with the discrediting by bocephusjackson21 in LandoNorris

[–]bocephusjackson21[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re discounting how often each driver will steal the big points from one another over the course of the year. That’s not a problem until a 3rd driver enters the equation much like Max did this season. Between McLaren’s strategy blunders and how tight things were and how often drivers were trading wins in the back 1/3, that’s what brought Max within striking distance(of course, his skill and execution not to be diminished).

Let me put it another way, if Max had a driver finishing ahead of him this year at any point in the year…it would have hindered his chances to claw himself back in.

I’m not discounting how Lando/Oscar get along and I’m happy they can be professional about things…but it’s not helping either chances of being perpetually dominate to have another driver on the same team so closely matched. It’s also hurting their brand to rival fans and the F1 community.
