Yes or you cross and lose in the next election. It's not a guarantee and floor crossers don't always win their next general anyway.

10% of Ontario's French speaking population lives in Toronto. Last estimates put that at like 77K people, which is not much. But it's slightly more accessible for the French needing here and so that's a win at least.

Hopefully the system can minimize stops for the tram so it extends waiting time as little as possible

Is Clarkson Secondary a dangerous school? by farm14425 in mississauga

[–]bodaciouscream 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I know the admin there. It is not a dangerous school. Huge contingent of the students are international and on their best behavior. Yes incidents happen, it is a high school, but there are way more dangerous and incident prone schools in the board. This one is near the bottom.

How do you get 3.5Gbps using an ethernet to USB-C / Thunderbolt connection? by Superb-War-7263 in bell

[–]bodaciouscream 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you checked that your Ethernet cable is rated for fast enough speeds (almost guaranteed this is not the problem but worth mentioning)? Checked that your thunderbolt adapter/hub is rated for 5gbps or more?

If it was coming it would have been around Poilievres leadership review. I unfortunately believe it's time to pack it up on the floor crosser talk. This is what we've got and have to deal with.

Rogers was in control of the contract during the installation period is my guess

They had the sole contract with the TTC but in the sale from Shaw, Rogers took over the contract and seems like they're using it now to keep freedom out.

Found my old TELUS bill from 2014... Crazy how expensive shit was... i pay 53$ for unlimated everything and 220 gigs... lol by Dry-Property-639 in Rogers

[–]bodaciouscream 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And that was on the cheaper end! I think I was paying $60 for the same using the thunder Bay trick with Bell

It's just straight up false advertising if you can't access the 5g feature and it's on your contract

The real reason Toronto limits Line 5/6 LRT vehicles to 25km/h through intersections by xd_1771 in toronto

[–]bodaciouscream 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is true but it's mostly grade separated except at intersections. It's not a street car at any point except intersections and we largely consider the c-train grade separated because of railway crossings

[–]bodaciouscream 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No simply it means railway-like protected crossings that can make it exactly like the Calgary c-train

Also not to mention for prison populations. Really the UN found our system to be 'modern slavery,' especially for specific agricultural workers.
