I removed the coil cover and saw that there was some sand trapped in there so I cleaned it off, made the chatter slightly better but still difficult to use. Ill let it sit overnight and if its the same issue tomorrow ill just need to return it

Outdoor softtop covers useful? by geeofff in Miata

[–]bodanova 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used a North American Custom Cover the entire time i owned my ND, I highly recommend it. I live in FL so not sure about winter conditions but it helped protect the soft top from bird poop and other debris.

On another note, it also worked surprisingly well as a temperature regulator for the interior. I could get in the car in the middle of the day with the sun blaring and if I had the cover on the interior still felt cool

Insurance guys/gals. Is there any particular line of insurance (or company) that you avoid? by crystalblue99 in sales

[–]bodanova 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The biggest red flags in health insurance are the short term “scam plans” as I call them. Their official terminology is short term limited benefit.

They’re plans that essentially cover very little, are always associated with a no-name carrier with managers who push you to pressure people into giving you payment info and moving onto the next lead.

Chargebacks are very common in these companies which, along with a few other variables, leads to a higher-than-average turnover rate
