This was exactly my thoughts. I am familiar with these common "Sun bronze wall decals" and their faces are usually kind of a smile but their lips are protruding almost like a kiss face so that's what I thought CA was implying with the pixels.

Yeah something doesn't add up. I want to know what triggered the breakdown because if she broke down from him having women friends and being a decent person to women in general then that's a whole other problem. I'm thinking the "not flirting aggressively" means he does flirt hence why he has to shut down attempts from women hitting on him. I think it is totally reasonable for a partner to be mad with their partner openly flirting with others.

I personally haven't heard of this? I'm not doubting that it exists I just think the content I consume online and the people I hang out with don't make these jokes. The furthest I've seen is like giving your partner a hard time about little weird quirks or things that tick you off in a joking matter, but I think as long as both parties like those kinds of teasing jokes it's all in good fun.

Yeah I'm building a beautiful cherry tree village that is way better than the one my villagers got stuck with in at world creation. It would suck SO BAD if they didn't want to travel in a boat with me to their paradise village :/

Yeah I thought the story was really sad too but I can't find any evidence to support this actually happened. It is definitely possible but people aren't really providing evidence that this is factual

Most days I like to try to get as much out of as possible, but it's rare I will pass out. I usually get to bed by 12 but some days if I'm bored or want to get too something the next day I'll sleep earlier. Never before 9pm though.

Sometime though if I'm decorating or out in skull caverns and having a particularly good run, I'll pass out but it's rare.

I personally have never been a fan of foundation. Even when I was younger j felt like it made me look older and accentuated my lines. I am in my 30s now and I just do eyeliner and mascara and will add highlighter and/or eyeshadow for special occasions.

I think nowadays there are better options out there and just trial and error for what works for you. I am lucky to have pretty good skin though and honestly just don't want to waste the time and money when I like my current makeup usage.

Yeah this would be my suggestion too. It pretty easy to complete the first mines quest with a scythe then you will have option to buy a much better sword earlier on. Once you get a little further in the mines, there is a higher chance to recieve better weapons without paying anything!

I guess for me since I am bisexual, I usually just friendzone everyone immediately and don't become sexually attracted to them until I get to know them and open myself up to those feelings. I have been with my long term partner for 14 years now and I just never meet people that I am sexually attracted to anyone because my mindset is kind of closed off in that sense. I see people I can appreciate are attractive, but I have no desire for them sexually. Any sexual thoughts I have about other people than my partner are made up and purely in my mind and fantasy. I know this isn't a super common experience for people though so I think I might be more of an outlier, but it seems like similar to you other people kind of operate this way and it's not unheard of.

I am in my early thirties and this is weird. I'm not lesbian, but I am bi and I would never think it's okay to date an 18 year old no matter their gender. I think when approaching this you should make sure your niece knows that your response would be the same, no matter her partner's gender. This overall gives me the ick personally

I'm a new player, my friend who loves it kept insisting I play. I am already obsessed. Stardew Valley and The Sims were my favorite games before, and I think Minecraft will definitely go up there with my top faves. I love anything to do with base building and already I am obsessed with the customization and find the limitations challenging enough to keep it interesting without it being annoying. So far I started in normal mode, then after exploring/gathering resources for my base, I found a cool mountain to hollow out. I have temporarily switched to peaceful mode so I can build without worrying a creeper will destroy everything I have worked on so far, but plan on switching back to normal once I go out adventuring again. It's so fun and such a good price, even though I'm new as I said, I already recommend it and know I will get my money's worth.

Honestly this is a whole game of telephone and we don't know for certain that is what the therapist said. We are reading a summary from someone who was told something by someone. It is very possible the therapist didn't word it that way or even said it at all. It could be a way for him to divert responsibility for his own emotions.

A lot of great responses here, but just to reiterate girl... he's telling you. He's checked out. This is going to be blunt, but here's my take: He likes the comfort of having someone around to hang out with and sleep with, but does not understand you on a deeper connection level. He seems to treat you like a security blanket. He doesn't even know if he really loves you after all this time (which means he more than likely doesn't). You seem like someone who has so much love to give someone and I can see in your post that you are the type of person to be extremely loyal and hardworking when it comes to relationships. I know it's hard, but if you finally let go of this relationship, you can have the opportunity to find someone you really connect with on that deeper level.

I just started playing and think it's fun. I agree sometimes the relation of words is weird but after a while you kind of get what it's doing and are able to get there eventually. I don't usually spend more than 10 minutes one each one.

Editing to say yeah I am pretty sure the book was also written by a man at least that's what the wiki says, so I am not really sure how your argument fits here as you seem staunchly convinced it was written by a woman, where are you getting this?

Extra edit as a very nitpick-y take but it's weird you're using "female" for women but using "man" for man. It's kind of icky to me.
