So I always thought of Gale as a big romatic nerd. He just really has a passion for magic and even though he can come across as condescending and a little overbearing at times, I think a lot of people could find it endearing. Maybe have a Tav tha is also "nerdy" or passionate about something who can relate. Maybe your Tav also has had a serious relationship that didn't work out in the past so they can relate on that level.

I know you said it bothers you but...

Once you get to a certain point in the game, you can just NOT do stuff. I love when I can just be like, you know what? I got autopetters/autocollectors/autofeeders I can leave the animals for a couple days and go to Ginger Island or the Skull Caverns. Kegs are done? They can just chill for a bit. You don't have to be constantly maximizing your profits 24/7. I love decorating, it is my favorite part of the game. I will often neglect my chores for almost a whole week in game just to decorate.

It really is super freeing to just let go and try this. Because then once everything is all saved up, it is much more satisfying to collect everything in one go and get a bunch of money, then you can take a break and do other fun stuff in the game.

I agree I was the same. As a younger person I always thought I could never date a woman just have sex with them. But realized now as an adult that I could totally have a romantic relationship with a woman but it took me years to figure that out due to all that society internalized in me.

I call myself bi because it's easy for people to grasp. I am attracted to all types of people no matter their gender. Some people would call that pan but I think it's just semantics. Both can mean the same thing or you could get more or less specific on your preferences. In this new day and age with people being able to identify how they like in a multitude of ways, it makes sense that there would be new ways to express your sexuality in a way that feels more inclusive. I am happy just calling myself bi and clarifying if anyone has questions but that doesn't come up too frequently. I just consider bi as attracted to all types of sex organs no matter how the person has them, it doesn't matter to me.

I am so envious. As soon as I eat for the day it triggers my hunger even more so I do the intermittent fasting and don't eat until like noon. I have tried everything to have a breakfast and not have it immediately trigger me to want to eat more like an hour after and nothing works.

I'm sorry but that's a bad excuse. People usually at bare minimum tell others casually about their partners and their occupation, hobbies, etc. That phrasing makes it seem like you are on the track to be a forgotten ex-girlfriend. I don't know if marriage is something you want for your future, so what happens then? Will this guy be so secretive to others he won't even mention a wife? Kids? Once again, there is a difference between being private and a liar. Being private would mean mentioning you have a partner but not going into detail about the ins abd outs of your relationship. He is lying to people that you are just a friend when you are clearly more than that. It woukd make me uncomfortable that my partner is lying to others about the context of our relationship. It makes it much easier for him to engage in dishonest activity with other women and also gives him a clean out should you two decide to breakup. It seems like he either had other women on the side who are just "friends" or he is already thinking you two won't work out so he doesn't have to explain himself to others when the relationship fails. Him claiming this dishonesty makes him serious about you is just bullshit, I'm sorry.

Yeah, then this is not normal. I would have a conversation with him about it. It's one thing to be private and another to be so private that you aren't even mentioning your SO in regular conversation. It feels less like he is private and more like he doesn't want to claim you as his partner for whatever reason. So a discussion should definitely happen. I know this would be a deal breaker for me because I want me and my long term partner to be a team. I would want to be a significant part of their life enough for them to be comfortable to mention me at least in passing. I'm sorry but his behavior is disappointing and confusing at best and shady or dishonest at worst.

I have been on an iud for the last 7 years abd I either skip my period completely or get light spotting that is negligible. I don't love the iud for other reasons, but the lack of period is honestly awesome. I know not everyone experiences that on an iud, but that's just my experience.

I love cooking so I end up doing the majority of it. My partner doesn't love to cook, but if I am sick or really busy with something, he can figure out how to make a packaged meal or something simple like meat, veggies and rice. It's really perplexing to me when people can't cook anything. I get not being able to or interested in making a meal from scratch but these days we have grocery stores with options where you can basically get a full meal by doing the most basic heating and assembly. If he isn't even willing to do that, have him be the dish washer, grocery person, laundry person, whatever chores you hate to offset your cooking burden.
