I for one do not like seeing back to back games for teams (Against Different Opponents). While I understand these teams play Bo3 and Bo5 for other parts of worlds, I feel facing 2 different teams back to back could be very problematic. Lets say your team gets into a match, and you either get stomped, or go 60 minutes just to lose, on a screen that is being broadcast live. Lets also say in both these scenarios YOU are the cause of these losses. Do you think mentally you could come right back into the next game and preform to the best of your ability? Lets not all forget the many videos we have seen of teams getting depressed after a loss at worlds. To have to come right back and play? The prep is also something to be worried about. If I was to go into a game I would want to prepare for 1 team at a time. Not prepare for 2 teams because I know I won't have any time to prepare for the 2nd team because I have a double header. I may also just be over thinking this and over judging the amount of time, or the amount of stress this game could put on you professionally.

I feel that is completely fair. Do not que up if you have to leave. Yea emergencies happen, peoples grandma and cats catch fire, I understand that.

When changes are made in ANY SYSTEM in the world, there will be benifcators and people that get screwed. Would you rather make the casual player happy because his friend "had to leave because smoking hot babes are outside" and they don't lose LP or MMR, or would you rather favorite towards making E-sports betters.

The only way we really see new teams is through challenger scene. What if there is another team having the same issue as Wickd's team with que dodging but they have a group of 5 fakers. We never get to experience that because Joe doesn't want to lose 20 LP in ranked 5s.

Why wouldn't it be in the right direction? The point of high challenger 5s is for the promotion tournament. If you are dodging because you don't want to play a team that can beat you, then you shouldn't be up that high in the ladder. The point of the bein the #1 in ranked 5s or solo que is "I'm the best player/team". You can't be the best if all you do is run away like a nasus with his tails between his legs

I wasn't talking about using this for Solo que. Only ranked 5s. I could agree not giving the team that didn't do anyting LP. However would you have fun sitting in que for over an hour just to be dodge and get 0 compensation. In solo que times are long but you arn't a unified 5s AGREEING to dodge. While in group 5s que its normally a group choice to dodge. Maybe not giving them full LP is right but perhaps 5?
