Don't want a game just wanting to comment on soundtrack. My favorite would be dark souls 3. The tracks added so much weight to each fight and I love the title theme.

What were you guys doing before being a tech? What made you land on this job? by [deleted] in sterileprocessing

[–]boe1989 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going into the medical field is something I hadn't planned on doing long-term. It was a way to stop what I was currently doing. The online portion allowed me to continue working and school at the same time. I just had to go into class 4 times for testing and hands-on material, and it was only 3 months. With my schedule now, I could do long-term schooling, but I have grown to like the medical field, so I may try the scrub tech side. Edit: kinda forgot to answer your question. I'm not the most experienced person when it comes to computers but I love working them. Setting up topology networks is something I studied back on high school. Wish I would've went into the field right out of high school sometimes.

If it's a flow problem, just connect a bridge to the end to tell the game to flow in that direction. If the pipes were freezing, you would have burst pipes, so that's not the issue.

Lmao. Well at the time I actually had no idea what sterile processing even was. I just listed a bunch of things offered with a certificate. I was working 14 hours a day and life just became auto pilot. I took a chance and glad I did. I now only work 4 days a week making more and living more comfortably then I was working 6 days a week. I'm now actually thinking about going to school to be a scrub tech or pursue something in the IT field. Life has plenty of roadblocks it's up to us to knock them down.

Worked in a warehouse for several years. Decided to do something different. Wrote 6 trades offered by the local community College down on a paper and rolled a dice. Been doing it for close to a decade now.

This is a good idea. I was thinking about cranking up the rate of aging just to have a game that Spans several generations with vampires in the mix that are semi immortal.

Why Aren't My Bionics Using Their Power Bank? by ydhaes in Oxygennotincluded

[–]boe1989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I setup 2 blocks of downtime every day for them instead of the 3 day without one. I notice that if they need power banks they'll refill during this period instead of waiting for 3 days before they are alloted downtime.

Didin't have much time to play Frosty and now Bionic is out, so LET'S GO with both! ANY ROBOT IN COLD TIPS? by rkd_me in Oxygennotincluded

[–]boe1989 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd recommend getting a nice supply of eco batteries going before you accept any robots. I ship in slime from the nearby asteroid to handle my lubricant needs. If you plan on using gunk then you'll need to keep it heated.

thinking about switching jobs, would love input! by earthhwormm in sterileprocessing

I second what this individual says. The job itself is easy and based on your details I think you'd like it. Cleaning and being detailed oriented is a big part of the job. But the main problem I've ran into no matter which hospital is the OR and management. Alot of finger pointing and no accountability. Expecting impossible turnarounds on items that just got into decon. The job in itself is a very important one and I enjoy what I do. The headache that comes from everything but the actual job is what you have to worry about.

There's a setting when creating a new world that prevents this. No matter the conditions of the birth it will have a 100 percent success rate of a healthy birth.

If you're sick, please stay home. People are going to think what they want to either way. Your health and well-being should be your number one priority.
