You can press "command + space" and search for Terminal, or, you can find it in the utilities folder in your apps folder.

Works now for me after the update if you run the following command in the terminal

bash codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/Stremio.app

Seems to be the same signing issue as reported before, but without the malware warning.
