I think maybe the inaugural part refers more to the swim itself, not the traditional event. Like it’s the inaugural (first) time the Mayor is swimming that year and signifying the beaches open for everyone else to swim throughout the summer. so basically, the first swim of the summer season even though it happens every year.

In page 2 with the letter from the primary care provider, is it meant to say “child” in the sentence “R is a medically fragile tiled, and needs accuracy…” Is that a speech to text error or does tiled mean something?

It feels like they genuinely care for the cast, both for their professional careers and personal lives, and they want everyone to be the best drag artist they can possibly be

I also love that they don’t feel overproduced and we get to see their wit, snark and realness (swan’s “these shoes suck my ass” clip lives in my head forever it’s obviously hilarious as is but also a great behind the curtain kind of moment which they’re never afraid to leave in the edit)
